Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd invites a training professional to deliver sessions aligned with approved curriculum, oversee training hours, and create a safe, engaging environment that promotes active participation and practical skill development.

You will conduct mock examinations to coach trainees for external certifications, and you will follow KPIs set by the Training Manager while contributing to the ongoing quality and effectiveness of transport sector training.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant certification in Learning & Development such as ACLP / ACTA.
• Valid Class 4 vocational licence; Class 4A (ODVL) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the transport industry, preferably with Public Transport Operator as BC, SBC, MBC.
