Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd seeks an experienced trainer and events professional to deliver technical training courses, both in-person and via VLC, aligned with approved curricula and training hours.

You will plan and prepare training materials, assess participants, maintain records, and collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve programs.

The role requires strong facilitation, PM skills, and deep AV/tech knowledge, plus a robust industry network and commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to corporate audiences.
• Ability to plan curricula, assessments, and evaluations with stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and communication to manage group dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses in accordance with approved curriculum and hours.
• Deliver in-person and VLC training sessions.
• Foster positive learning environment and participant engagement.
• Plan and prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and results.
• Participate in review and evaluation of programs to meet industry needs.
