• Capable of planning repairs, job sequencing, and ensuring proper resource availability.
• Able to estimate job time, budgets, and understand commercial aspects of repair work.
• Familiar with scope‑of‑work discussions, variation orders, and post‑job documentation.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Able to prepare technical reports, root‑cause analyses, repair summaries.
• Confident in emails, client interactions, and progress updates.
