Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Member of Technical Staff to lead validation of high bandwidth memory products, translate DRAM/HBM design intent into coverage plans, and drive zero-escape validation across milestones.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Design, DV, Reliability, and Systems teams, and apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, data collection, and debugging while championing scalable validation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of DRAM & HBM architecture, operation, and design concepts.
• Experience debugging schematics and running timing-accurate simulations.
• Expertise in post-silicon validation and electrical failure analysis.
• Proficient in Python/C/C++, Verilog, and version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for HBM validation, defining coverage and test strategy.
• Lead validation for new features with Design, DV, and Systems teams.
• Provide risk assessments and disposition for critical milestones and escalations.
• Develop characterization plans and perform shmoo/margin analysis.
• Mentor engineers and deliver technical presentations across sites.
