Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Member of Technical Staff to lead HBM component validation in a global team. You will apply deep DRAM and HBM knowledge to define validation coverage, guide tests across structural and functional flows, and drive zero‑escape validation across milestones.

Responsibilities include leading root‑cause analyses, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Design, DV, Reliability, and Systems teams. Strong Python/C/C++ and Verilog/UVM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in memory semiconductor validation.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM and HBM architecture; ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Define validation coverage strategy for HBM components across test flows.
• Lead root‑cause and electrical failure analyses; drive debug disposition.
• Guide test programs across ATE platforms and promote automation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across sites.
