Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 7+ years in semiconductors.
• Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills with deep circuit analysis.
• Experience with statistics and data analysis tools; scripting ability.
• Proven cross-team collaboration and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage for current and future HBM designs and architectures.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron’s next-generation HBM products.
• Support design verification and circuit simulations using CAD tools and Verilog.
• Improve manufacturing test yields and reduce test time; address yield-related issues.
• Champion innovation and drive changes that provide technical advantages.
