Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 10+ years in memory semiconductors.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM/HBM architecture and validation of complex products.
• Experience reading/debugging schematics and performing timing-accurate simulations.
• Proven programming skills in Python/C/C++ and Verilog; familiarity with version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead HBM component validation strategy and coverage planning across milestones.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and electrical failure analysis for validation findings.
• Collaborate with Design, DV, Reliability, and Systems teams to close actions.
• Mentor engineers and present technical updates to leadership.
