Job summary

ACCLAIM SYSTEMS (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to bridge technical expertise and sales strategy. You will assist the sales team in designing solutions, preparing proposals, and addressing client requirements to drive successful deal closures and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams, develop technical proposals, and provide pre-sales support on system design and compliance. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or Building Services Technology is required.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Training will be provided.
• Applicant with experience in construction industry - Fire protection will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored fire protection solutions (alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems).
• Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications for bids/RFPs.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, answering questions about system design, compliance, and integration.
• Liaise with project management/technical teams to validate feasibility of proposed systems.
• Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and project updates.
• Support post-sale handoff to project management/technical teams for smooth implementation.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, or presentations when required.
