Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to identify customer needs and offer standard and customized solutions. You will collaborate with the sales, service, product and technical teams to ensure proposals meet specifications and quality standards.

You will be the main liaison for clients, manage enquiries, quotations, and account retention while supporting forecasted orders and pricing strategies. A diploma in mechanical or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or related engineering preferred.
• Experience in project management and leading teams.
• Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key client contact, answering queries and providing basic technical info.
• Build relationships across client levels to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with sales, service, product management and technical teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations; manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Communicate customer needs to enable suitable solutions and cost efficiency.
