Job summary

You will identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include analysing customer technical requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating with engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in technical sales, solution sales, or pre-sales roles.
• Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or enterprise solutions to effectively communicate value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence customer decisions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Promote and sell engineering products, equipment, and technical solutions.
• Meet with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide technical advice and product support before and after sales.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Attend trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events as required.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
