Job summary

koe consulting pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Executive to support the Building Manager in daily operations. You will supervise a team of on-site contractors, coordinate maintenance works, and oversee site activities at Central CBD.

The role requires hands-on inspection, fault analysis, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Strong English communication, and FSM certification preferred; 5-day workweek, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Diploma in building maintenance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on government projects preferred.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors for maintenance works.
• Investigate breakdowns to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
• Oversee upgrading projects as required.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure facilities and systems function reliably.
• Ensure contractors meet contract requirements and evaluate performance.
• Communicate in English with stakeholders and establish good working rapport.
• Follow up defects rectification after servicing.

Job description

The role of Technical Executive will be reporting and assisting Building Manager in the daily operations and the following responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects, if required
• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.
• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications.
• Communicate well in English (both spoken and written) and is expected to establish good working rapport with stakeholders.
• Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing work.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in building maintenance/facility/mechanical/electrical/real estate management/ civil/ structural with minimum 3 years in relevant working experience
• Preferred with working experience in government project.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified, and hands-on experience will be preferred.

Work Location: Central, CBD

Working Schedule: 5-day, 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
