Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Technician or Supervisor to plan and supervise maintenance for building M&E systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, monitor daily works, conduct inspections, and mentor technicians while rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. One-year contract with renewal subject to performance.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience as a Senior Technician or Supervisor.
• Proven ability to manage M&E maintenance and supervise contractors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement maintenance schedule for building maintenance, M&E plants and equipment.
• Supervise all M&E works carried out by term and ad-hoc contractors, including tenant's fitting out contractors.
• Monitor, direct and ensure that all contracted works comply with specifications and statutory requirement.
• Conduct inspection of building to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of all M&E plants and air-conditioning equipment and establish follow-up actions.
• Ensure technicians complete daily routine works, in accordance with checklist and SOP and provide guidance as a mentor.
• Establish, maintain good rapport with tenants and attend to their complaints.
• Attend to all emergency situations.
• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure that the records are kept up to date for periodic review.
• Any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
