QCS Staffing seeks a Technical Due Diligence Manager for a Singapore-based project with a leading Cloud & AI infrastructure provider. You will lead technical due diligence activities for data center developments and coordinate multi-disciplinary audits.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and extensive due diligence experience, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for investment decisions.

Qualifications

Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Technical Due Diligence Manager to support their project based in Singapore.

What You’ll Deliver

• Lead technical due diligence activities for prospective data center developments, including site assessments, feasibility reviews, and risk evaluations across multiple disciplines.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants conducting engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility, and permitting studies, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of findings.
• Identify, assess, and communicate technical risks relating to infrastructure, utilities, constructability, environmental constraints, and development schedules, providing clear mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, development, finance, legal, and site acquisition to support investment decisions and establish consistent due diligence processes and standards.

Experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in technical due diligence, infrastructure development, engineering, land development, data centers, or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, permitting, utility coordination, infrastructure planning, and development risk management.
• Proven ability to interpret technical reports, manage multiple stakeholders and consultants, and translate complex engineering findings into clear business recommendations
