Job summary

QCS Staffing seeks a Technical Due Diligence Manager for a Singapore-based project with a leading Cloud & AI infrastructure provider. You will lead technical due diligence activities for data center developments and coordinate multi-disciplinary audits.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and extensive due diligence experience, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations for investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in technical due diligence and data centers.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical, environmental, permitting and utilities.
• Ability to translate engineering findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence activities for prospective data center developments.
• Coordinate external consultants across engineering, environmental, geotechnical, utility and permitting studies.
• Identify, assess and communicate technical risks with clear mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions and standardize due diligence processes.
