Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager in Singapore to lead mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, oversee contractors and consultants, and control budgets and schedules for data centers and other critical facilities. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or construction management, 5+ years of PM experience in data centers or large-scale infrastructure, strong stakeholder and risk management

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience in data centers or critical facilities.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholders.
• PMP/PRINCE2/LEED or equivalent is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center projects from planning to closeout.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction and infrastructure projects in Singpaore. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, oversee contractors and consultants, control budgets and schedules. Experience delivering data center, critical facilities, MEP, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive project delivery within data center and critical environments.
• Support risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data centers, critical facilities, MEP, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of critical systems such as power, cooling, UPS, and related infrastructure is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, LEED, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
