Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Site Selection Manager for a permanent role in Singapore. You will lead site evaluations for data centers and colocation facilities, perform technical and commercial due diligence, and manage relationships with providers, landlords, and utilities to drive successful investments.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in data center site selection or colocation management.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, network) and resilience requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, analytical and project management skills.

Our client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators.

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Site Selection Manager to support their project in Singapore.

What You'll Deliver

• Lead the evaluation and selection of data center sites and colocation facilities, assessing factors such as power availability, connectivity, scalability, regulatory requirements, and commercial viability.
• Conduct technical and commercial due diligence, including risk assessments, infrastructure reviews, environmental considerations, and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
• Manage relationships with colocation providers, landlords, utilities, and external partners, including RFP processes, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, finance, legal, and network teams to develop business cases, support project delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in data center site selection, colocation management, real estate development, or mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, network connectivity, and resilience requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial negotiation, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
