Marquess Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to drive technical delivery of automation and compliance platforms from planning to post-live support.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule. The role requires a bachelor’s in CS, 10+ years in IT delivery, and 5+ years in leadership, with strong SDLC, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
• Experience in systems development, requirements and testing.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and stakeholder communication skills.
• Exposure to KYC/AML or regulatory platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and plan milestones and activities of technical project delivery from pre-project till post go-live support.
• Plan technical deliverables and system enhancements to meet requirements within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate across application teams to manage technical dependencies.
• Plan, monitor and manage risks and issues related to technical delivery.
• Provide status updates related to technical delivery.
• Partner with Project Manager, Business Analyst and System Analyst on requirements.
• Ensure solution design complies with enterprise standards and security controls.
• Coordinate with development managers to build enhancements.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, performance/load testing and security testing.
• Manage implementation plan across application teams and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain documentation per templates and standards.
• Escalate blockers and propose workarounds.
• Foster clear communication between stakeholders.
