Marquess Services is assisting a leading regional bank in Singapore to recruit a Technical Delivery Manager for a technology team focused on process automation and compliance systems. You will oversee technical delivery from planning to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies managed.

The role requires extensive IT delivery leadership, SDLC experience, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years' relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
• Experience in systems development, with functional/technical specs and testing experience (≥6 years).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and clear communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to document and present technical information; strong MS Office skills.
• Exposure to KYC/AML or risk management systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan milestones and activities from pre-project to post go-live support.
• Plan technical deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across application teams to manage dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks and issues related to technical delivery.
• Provide status updates related to technical delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize requirements and ensure alignment with standards.
• Ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
• Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT and performance testing.
• Document specifications and design artifacts; escalate blockers with proposed workarounds.
