Job summary

A-IT SOFTWARE SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a technology team delivering process automation and compliance systems from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

You will coordinate across application teams, manage risks, and ensure designs conform to enterprise standards, security controls, and regulatory requirements. A strong delivery background in financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advantageous if plus professional/technical quals).
10+ years in IT delivery, preferably in a financial institution.
5+ years leading IT delivery teams.
Experience with functional/technical specs and systems development & testing.
Strong SDLC understanding and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exposure to KYC/AML or regulatory compliance platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery from pre-project planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
Plan technical deliverables and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate across application teams to manage dependencies and risks.
Provide status updates and manage risks/issues related to delivery.
Collaborate with Project Manager, BAs, and Analysts to gather requirements.
Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise principles, security, and controls.
