Job summary

Exasoft in Singapore is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery engagements in a strict banking domain environment. The role requires 8–12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in delivery management, and a bilingual command of English and Chinese for stakeholder interactions.

You will guide planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and ensure regulatory compliance and security standards across banking programs.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience: 8 to 12 years.
• Technical Delivery Management: minimum 5 years managing end-to-end technology delivery.
• Preferred domain: Banking, Financial Services, digital banking, large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory requirements, security standards, audit controls and fraud/risk management practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain clear communications across multi-disciplinary teams.
