Zusammenfassung

AI-TALENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end technology delivery for automation and compliance projects in a leading regional bank.

You will oversee planning, cross-team coordination, risk management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful implementations. You will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and architects to finalize requirements, while ensuring adherence to security, controls, and enterprise design

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
10+ years of IT delivery experience, preferably in financial services.
5+ years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
Proven delivery-focused and result-oriented track record.
Experience in systems development with functional/technical specifications and testing (≥6 yrs).
Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced MS Office skills for presentations and documentation.
Nice to have exposure to KYC/AML or risk/workflow automation.

Aufgaben

Manage and plan key milestones and activities of technical project delivery from pre-project till post go-live.
Plan technical deliverables including system enhancements within budget and schedule.
Collaborate across application teams to manage technical dependencies.
Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.
Provide status updates related to technical delivery to stakeholders.
Partner with Project Manager, BAs, and System Analyst to finalize functional/technical requirements.
Ensure solution design complies with enterprise principles, security and controls.
Coordinate with Development Managers to build enhancements and with Test Manager for SIT/UAT/testing.
Oversee implementation plan across teams for non-event production cutover and post-implementation support.
Develop and maintain documentation per templates and standards.
