A-IT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for a regional bank to drive delivery from pre-project planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
• Experience in actual systems development work with functional and technical specifications and testing (≥6 years).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and plan milestones and activities of technical project delivery from pre-project to post go-live and support.
• Plan technical deliverables and system enhancements within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate across application teams to manage technical dependencies and risks.
• Provide status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues impacting schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, and Domain Architect to align requirements and design.
• Ensure solution design complies with enterprise standards and security controls.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance) and post-implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation reflecting specifications and standards.
