Job summary

INNOVA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS in Singapore seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead technology projects for a tier-one financial institution within the Technology Operations team. You will ensure secure, agile, high-performance delivery of banking infrastructure and act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the development team.

Role requires hands-on Temenos TAP experience, strong SDLC expertise (Agile/Waterfall), and proficiency with enterprise planning tools to drive governance,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects within Financial Services, specifically Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos TAP platform.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or equivalent enterprise planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of high-priority technology projects within Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Liaise between client stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with Temenos TAP platform owners and cross-functional teams to enforce governance and reporting.
• Develop and optimize project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers to protect timelines.
• Coordinate cross-team communications for transparency across business, operations, and technology.
• Lead planning and steering committees with progress updates and risk assessments.
• Strategically allocate and manage project resources for successful delivery.
• Assign and track deliverables and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor progress and manage scope changes through formal change control.
• Facilitate swift decision-making to resolve bottlenecks and client escalations.
• Champion SDLC and Agile best practices to improve delivery frameworks.

• Drive execution of high-priority Private Banking technology projects, aligning deliverables with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines
• Act as primary liaison between client business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate with Temenos TAP platform owners and cross-functional teams to enforce project governance, transparent reporting, and delivery management.
• Develop and optimize project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps to support strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project dependencies, risks, and blockers to protect client timelines and outcomes.s
• Coordinate communication across business, operations, and technology teams to maintain continuous transparency.
• Lead project planning and steering committees, providing actionable progress updates and risk assessments to senior leadership.p
• Strategically allocate and manage project resources to maximize utilization and ensure successful execution.on
• Assign and track project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and compliance with institutional standards.

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience managing technology delivery within Financial Services, specifically Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Hands-on experience with the Temenos TAP platform
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or equivalent enterprise planning tools

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience with Temenos WealthSuite products, including oData and TAP Core

Key Domain & Technical Skills

• Deliver technology projects using enterprise SDLC management practices
• Apply expertise in Temenos TAP and WealthSuite platforms to support project delivery
• Manage client stakeholder relationships and optimize resource allocation using appropriate tools
