Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Singapore to help top customers accelerate cloud adoption. You will leverage your cloud operations experience, strategic thinking, and executive engagement skills to drive technical implementations and business transformation.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and develop roadmaps aligned with customer goals, while guiding customers through escalations and critical moments to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders, managing technical implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience in supporting enterprise customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey with technical guidance and milestone management.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome blockers and drive new feature development across multiple workstreams.
• Develop strategic relationships and roadmaps by engaging stakeholders and leading quarterly business reviews with executive sessions.
• Coordinate with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure customer success during critical moments and guide issues to resolution.
• Create best practices and assets from engagements to scale cloud adoption with partners.
