Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Customer Engineering Manager in Singapore to lead a Customer Engineering team and partner with customers to accelerate cloud adoption and workload migration. You will shape technical strategy, collaborate with Product Management and Engineering, and drive regional data practice initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs influence roadmaps, while engaging strategic customers and guiding technical conversations to unlock business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
5 years of experience in pre-sales management or a people management role in a technical team.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to partner with APAC clients.

Responsibilities

Lead a Customer Engineering team in a matrixed organization focused on talent strategy and go-to-market readiness.
Drive the region's Data Management technical direction and contribute to scale via artifacts and collaboration.
Influence cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs and incubate new tech.
Lead technical engagements with strategic customers and plan cross-functional customer engagements.
