TG Singapore is expanding its specialist recruitment team and is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, and place talent in Engineering or Technology sectors, while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Possesses a degree/diploma from a reputable tertiary institution.
• Driven, motivated, and eager to achieve results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working with people and building professional relationships.
• Organised, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development experience is an advantage but not essential.
• CEI certification is a plus, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to successful placements.
• Recruit talent for across for either the Engineering or Technology sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Support business development activities through market research, outreach, networking, and client engagement.
• Contribute to recruitment and sales initiatives that drive business growth.
