You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build relationships with candidates and clients, and provide market insights to help clients make informed hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify engineering professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and career motivations.
• Manage the full recruitment process for permanent placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Provide market insights and talent recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system.
