GMP Technologies is seeking a results-driven Recruiter - Engineering to manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level engineering roles in Singapore. You will partner with clients to understand culture, objectives and business structures, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present profiles.

This role emphasizes sales-driven business development, proactive candidate sourcing, and efficient administration.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education (diploma and above) required.
• Sales background or customer service experience is a plus.
• Performance driven with strong determination and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills and business sense.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
• Assist clients in job scoping by understanding culture and objectives.
• Screen candidates and match to client requirements.
• Conduct interviews and present profiles to clients.
• Place job advertisements and manage recruitment process.
• Develop business with clients and generate revenue.
• Ensure administrative procedures and reporting are up-to-date.
