Qualifications

Possesses a degree or diploma from a reputable tertiary institution.
Strong interest in sales, business development, and the IT recruitment industry.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach and engaging new clients.
Commercially minded, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets.
Organised, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Experience in business development, B2B sales, client acquisition, or recruitment is an advantage but not essential.
A good understanding of the IT or Technology industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Technology sector.
Proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, market research, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
Develop a strong understanding of the IT recruitment market, industry trends, and talent demands.
Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver tailored hiring solutions to clients.
Manage the business development process, from initial outreach and client meetings to securing new accounts.
Achieve business development targets and contribute to the team's overall growth.
