Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Technical Support Analyst to support onboarding and ongoing technical support for electronic shipping solutions. The role emphasizes customer engagement, problem solving, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

Strong interest in technology, software systems, and customer support.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce, logistics, shipping, ERP, or enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers and support implementation for electronic shipping solutions.
Configure and use solutions based on business requirements; provide remote or onsite support.
Assist product demonstrations with the commercial team and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate deployments and monitor progress to meet timelines.
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams to deliver solutions.
