XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to onboarding.

You will source top tech talent across software engineers, data analysts, cloud/infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles through LinkedIn Recruiter and various channels. You will partner with engineering leaders to understand complex technical requirements, maintain clean ATS pipelines, and provide market insights on IT salaries and hiring trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, CS or related field.
4+ years IT recruitment with proven track record.
Strong understanding of SDLC and IT job profiles.
Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding.
Source IT talent including software engineers, data analysts, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity.
Collaborate with engineering managers and IT directors on technical requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS and track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offers.
