Job summary

PERSOL, a leading HR solutions provider in Asia-Pacific, is seeking a skilled tech recruiter in Singapore to source and attract top tech talent, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, maintain candidate databases, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a tech recruiter or in a similar role within recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and required skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top tech talent through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
