Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter in Singapore to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will manage requisitions, collaborate with senior leaders, craft compelling postings, and assess candidates for technical fit.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in technical recruitment, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and Excel for data reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in technical recruiting, preferably in-house.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Proven track record of partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with technical stacks, cloud platforms, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Our client, an established Singapore head quartered organization is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, driving efficiency and quality in recruitment processes.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Manage requisitions independently, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-boarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate profiles.
• Craft job postings, communicate effectively, and represent the company to attract top talent.
• Assess candidates for technical competencies, role fit, and organizational alignment.
• Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tools or assessments to enhance hiring speed and quality.
• Provide salary benchmarks, market trends, and workforce planning support.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in technical recruiting preferably within an in-house environment
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
• Strong track record of partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to deliver results.
• Familiarity with technical stacks, cloud platforms, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting
