Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Transformation & Data Analytics Intern to join GO&T - GCFS and Group Wealth, driving operational transformation through AI, digitalisation, and data-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders, develop skills in data analytics, visualisation and automation, and contribute to agile project delivery using JIRA, Confluence and Figma.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Python and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Transformation: support AI, digitalisation, and data-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: gather and document requirements, prepare user stories, support design.
  • Agile Project Delivery: assist in managing deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): coordinate and participate in testing activities.
  • Data Analytics: analyse operational data to derive insights and opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and technology teams to drive adoption.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Transformation: support initiatives that drive operational transformation through AI, digitalisation, and data-driven solutions.
  • Business Analysis: gather and document business requirements, prepare user stories, and support solution design activities.
  • Agile Project Delivery: assist in the management of project deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): coordinate and participate in testing activities to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Data Analytics: analyse operational data to identify risks, productivity opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support project implementation and change adoption.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
