APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the technology function of a leading financial institution in Singapore's Changi Business Park.

The role combines financial management, management reporting, workforce planning and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, accurate financial and workforce information for decision-making. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Ideally 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, financial reporting, PMO or workforce management.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including month-end closing, accruals, prepayments, financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience in budget vs actual analysis and variance reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on project financials, including actuals, forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data validation and consolidation.
• Track project costs, cost allocations, recoveries and savings.
• Prepare management reports and PowerPoint presentations for governance and decision-making.
• Support resource planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
• Track hiring requests from approval through onboarding and closure.
• Maintain accurate workforce and resource records across relevant systems and trackers.
• Monitor vacancies, hiring progress, attrition and resource movements.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve financial, workforce and operational issues.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
