Job summary

ES Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking PMO Analyst / Finance Analyst for a 1-year renewable contract in the banking sector. You will manage financials, reporting, budgeting support, and workforce data to enable senior management decisions.

The role requires 3–4 years in technology finance or workforce management, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent stakeholder communication; on-site work at Changi Business Park with potential renewal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in technology finance or workforce management; banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills across Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report Build, Maintain and Operate financials (actuals, forecasts, budgets, variance).
• Support month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, balance-sheet reconciliation).
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting; data validation and consolidation.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries and Strategic Cost Management savings.
• Provide financial and workforce insights for governance reviews and management decisions.
• Coordinate resource demand/supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
• Manage hiring requests from submission through onboarding and closure.
• Maintain workforce records across systems and trackers, including staff movements and team allocation.
• Monitor hiring progress, vacancies and attrition; escalate gaps promptly.
• Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimization across locations and vendors.
• Partner with teams to resolve data, process and operational issues.
• Assist ad hoc analysis, reporting and management requests.
