Job summary

ES TECH CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. invites applications for two immediate vacancies: Finance Analyst and PMO Analyst in the Banking Industry, based in Singapore.

The roles focus on financial control, resource planning and management reporting, partnering with platform leads and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and decision-ready. Key responsibilities include reporting of actuals/forecasts/budgets, month-end close, budgeting cycles, cost tracking, workforce insights, and recruitment workflow

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in technology finance or workforce management; banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to synthesize complex data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, data cleaning).
• Accounting knowledge: financial principles, prepare financial reports, accruals, closing, prepayments; budgeting support.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-team communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Independent work style with sound judgement.
• Able to work at Changi Business Park.
• 1-year renewable assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report financials including actuals, forecasts, budgets and variances.
• Support month-end close: accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and flash reporting.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting, validating data and consolidation for management reporting.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide financial and workforce insights to support management decisions.
• Coordinate headcount budgeting, demand/supply planning and capacity management.
• Manage hiring requests from submission to onboarding and closure.
• Maintain workforce records across systems, including staff movements and classifications.
• Monitor hiring progress, vacancies and attrition; escalate gaps.
• Support resource deployment and workforce optimization across locations and vendors.
• Partner with teams and vendors to resolve data/process issues.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Immediate Vacancies for Finance Analyst/PMO Analyst x 2 (Banking Industry)

This role supports in delivering effective financial control, resource planning and management reporting. The successful candidate will partner with platform leads and internal stakeholders to ensure financial and workforce data is accurate, timely and decision-ready.

Brief Description & Responsibilities

• Manage and report Build, Maintain and Operate financials, including actuals, forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, balance-sheet reconciliation and flash reporting.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data validation, consolidation and management reporting.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and Strategic Cost Management savings.
• Provide clear financial and workforce insights to support management decisions and governance reviews.
• Coordinate resource demand / supply planning, headcount budgeting & capacity management.
• Manage hiring requests from submission and approval through to onboarding and closure.
• Maintain accurate workforce records across relevant systems and trackers, including staff movements, work classification, team allocation and organisation records.
• Monitor hiring progress, vacancies, attrition and resource movements, escalating gaps or exceptions promptly.
• Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimisation across locations, staff types and vendors.
• Partner with teams and vendors to resolve data, process and operational issues.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting and management requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in technology finance, workforce management; banking experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to synthesise complex financial and workforce data into meaningful insights, clear management narratives and actionable recommendations for senior management
• MUST HAVE SKILLSET to apply: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) Example: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, SUMIF /SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Budget vs Actual Analysis, Conditional Formatting, Data Cleaning , Powerpoint slides
• MUST HAVE SKILLSET to apply: Accounting knowledge in term of financial principles, prepare financial report, accruals, closing, prepayment. Forecast and budgeting support can be on the job training.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors.
• Highly organised, meticulous and able to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement and follow through on issues to closure.

• Willing to work on 1 Year project renewable assignment
