Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Technology function of a leading financial institution. The role combines financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, workforce planning and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate financial and workforce information for business decisions.

You will work with Finance, Technology, HR, project teams and vendors to deliver timely insights, dashboards and governance-ready reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
Ideally 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, PMO or Workforce Management.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including month-end closing, accruals and prepayments, financial reporting, account reconciliation, budget vs actual analysis and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor project financials, including actuals, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
Support month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data validation, consolidation and reporting.
Perform budget vs actual analysis and investigate financial variances.
Support cost allocation, cost recovery and cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for management and governance meetings.
Monitor workforce planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
