Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Finance PMO Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and workforce reporting for Technology Applications within a leading bank.

The role is an individual contributor on a 12-month renewable contract, based in Changi, Singapore, and requires 3–6 years of experience in technology finance and workforce management with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology finance and/or workforce management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience with month-end processes, accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Experience in workforce reporting, headcount tracking and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage Build, Maintain and Operate financial reporting (actuals, forecasts, budgets, variance analysis).
• Support month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasts, consolidate inputs from technology stakeholders.
• Explain variances, identify cost drivers and provide management commentary.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and savings; deliver reports for decisions and governance.
• Coordinate resource demand and supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management across technology teams.
