Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks two Technology Finance Analysts for a banking industry project in Singapore.

You will deliver financial control, workforce planning and management reporting, partnering with platform leads and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and decision-ready data. Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and workforce data insights. You will coordinate headcount planning, hiring processes, and maintain workforce records

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in technology finance or workforce management; banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to turn data into insights for senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Budget vs Actual).
• Must have skills in finance principles: accruals, closing, prepayments; budgeting support.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills across Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors.
• Highly organized with ability to meet recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgement and follow through on issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report Build, Maintain and Operate financials including actuals, forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliation.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting with data validation and consolidation.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and Strategic Cost Management savings.
• Provide clear financial and workforce insights to support management decisions and governance reviews.
• Coordinate resource demand/supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
• Manage hiring requests from submission through onboarding and closure.
• Maintain accurate workforce records across systems and trackers including staff movements and team allocations.
• Monitor hiring progress, vacancies, attrition and resource movements; escalate gaps.
• Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimization across locations and vendors.
• Partner with teams and vendors to resolve data, process and operational issues.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting and management requests.
