NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Finance PMO Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and workforce reporting within Technology Applications for a leading bank in Singapore.

This 12-month renewable contract is an individual contributor role focusing on financial control, resource planning and management reporting. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and banking experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology finance and/or workforce management.
• Practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of month-end financial processes, including accruals, prepayments and balance-sheet reconciliation.
• Experience in workforce reporting, headcount tracking, resource planning or hiring-request management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to validate and consolidate complex data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills across Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors.
• Highly organised and meticulous with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with accountability for completed activities.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
• Able to commit to a 12-month contract.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Build, Maintain and Operate financial reporting: actual expenditure, forecasts, budgets and variance analysis.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, prepayments, balance-sheet reconciliations and flash reporting.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting, validating and consolidating inputs from technology stakeholders.
• Investigate variances, explain key cost drivers and prepare clear management commentary.
• Track cost allocations, recoveries, recharges and Strategic Cost Management savings.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and analysis to support management decisions and governance reviews.
• Coordinate resource demand and supply planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management across technology teams.
• Track hiring requests from submission to onboarding and closure; monitor vacancies and progress.
• Maintain accurate workforce records, staff movements and organisational records.
• Monitor attrition and resource movements; escalate gaps and exceptions promptly.
• Support internal resource deployment and workforce optimisation across locations and vendors.
• Reconcile workforce information across systems and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Translate financial and workforce data into insights, narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Finance, HR, technology teams and vendors to resolve data/process issues.
• Manage recurring reporting deadlines and respond to ad hoc analysis and management requests.
