FINANCE ANALYST – TECHNOLOGY FINANCE
Location: Changi Business Park
Contract: 12 months
Salary: Up to $5,170/month + 1-month completion bonus

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Technology function of a leading financial institution.
This role offers a combination of financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, workforce planning and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with Finance, Technology, HR, project teams and vendors to ensure accurate financial and workforce information for business decision-making.
Prepare and monitor project financials, including actuals, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
Support month-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, including data validation, consolidation and reporting.
Perform budget vs actual analysis and investigate financial variances.
Support cost allocation, cost recovery and cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations for management and governance meetings.
Support resource planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
Track hiring requests from approval through onboarding and closure.
Maintain accurate workforce, headcount and resource records.
Monitor hiring progress, vacancies, attrition and staff movements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve financial, workforce and operational issues.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
Ideally 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, PMO or Workforce Management.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, including:
Month‑end closing
Accruals and prepayments
Financial reporting
Account reconciliation
Budget vs actual analysis
Variance analysis
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and SUMIF/SUMIFS.
Good PowerPoint skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Banking, technology finance or project finance experience will be an advantage.
