Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, PMO or workforce management.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including month-end closing, accruals and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel; capable of preparing management presentations in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage project financials including actuals, forecasts, budgets, and variances.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, data validation and consolidation.
• Track costs, allocations, recoveries and savings.
• Prepare management reports and governance presentations.
• Support resource planning, headcount budgeting and capacity management.
• Track hiring requests from approval to onboarding and closure.
• Maintain workforce records across systems.
• Monitor vacancies, attrition and resource movements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on issues.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting.
