Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions. The role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and to drive reporting improvements.

You will develop financial models for pricing, CAPEX, and initiatives, while maintaining Power BI dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, costing, inventory variance and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI; SAP or similar systems; Big 4 audit exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with business teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Analyse financial performance across revenue, margins, costs, inventory, and profitability for management insights.
• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, reporting packs, and management reporting.
• Prepare financial models and business cases for pricing decisions, capex, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve reporting visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify cost-saving and productivity improvements.
• Support audits, SOX compliance, internal controls, and governance activities.
• Guide juniors and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and ad-hoc projects.
