This role is open to junior professionals with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. It offers a competitive base package, supplemented by a performance-based commission structure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate telemarketing, lead generation, or staffing agency recruitment.
• Industry familiarity with technology, IT infrastructure, or electrical engineering domains.
• Confident phone presence, polished writing skills, and comfort pitching to corporate managers.
• Sales-driven, resilient, and capable of meeting monthly client acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

• B2B Prospecting: Source new client leads in tech, IT, hardware, electronics, and electrical engineering sectors.
• Cold Outreach: Reach out to Tech Directors, Engineering Managers, and HR teams via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Client Consultation: Assess clients' technical talent gaps, project timelines, and specific skill requirements.
• Pitching & Proposals: Present tailored staffing options including contract developers, system engineers, and electrical technicians.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate hourly rates, placement fees, and SLAs with corporate buyers.
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal recruiters to ensure candidate profiles match client expectations.
• Pipeline Management: Log outreach activities, meetings, and pipeline stages into CRM.
