Job summary

Goal Setterz Business Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking motivated Freelance Business Development Executives to expand our recruitment and HR services business.

The role focuses on bringing in new corporate clients, securing vendor registrations, and developing recruitment opportunities within Semiconductor, Electronics, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors. This is a purely freelance, commission-based opportunity for experienced professionals with strong industry networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Business Development or related B2B fields.
• Experience in recruitment or HR services is advantageous.
• Strong network in Semiconductor or Engineering sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients needing recruitment and HR services.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into service agreements.
• Target semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, engineering sectors.
• Introduce our recruitment capabilities to HR and procurement teams.
• Facilitate vendor registrations and recruitment empanelment with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment team after client acquisition.
• Follow up on proposals, agreements and new job requirements.
