CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-energy Learning & Development Specialist to champion talent growth for Technology Functions. You will manage high-volume learning operations and partner with tech leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

This role emphasizes vendor management, course registrations, and post-program analysis, with opportunities to curate programs and train alongside Tech SMEs.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant L&D experience with a track record in running high-volume learning operations and training logistics.
• Confident communicator with experience partnering with senior/C-suite stakeholders.
• Comfortable with public speaking and workshop facilitation (training provided).
• Exposure to organizational competency frameworks is a plus.
• ACTA or ACLP certification is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale learning operations, including registrations, vendor management, invoicing, and post-program analysis.
• Partner with BUs and C-suite stakeholders to identify training gaps and implement strategic learning solutions.
• Curate programs and manage vendors; collaborate with Tech SMEs to co-train and facilitate in-house programs.
