Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented F&B Team Leader to oversee daily outlet operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent customer service standards. The successful candidate will support the Outlet Manager in maintaining operational efficiency, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

• Supervise daily F&B outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and outlet preparation.

• Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and according to company standards.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

2. Team Supervision

• Lead, guide, and motivate service crew members to achieve operational targets.

• Allocate daily duties and coordinate staff deployment during peak hours.

• Train new employees on service procedures, product knowledge, and company policies.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and work performance.

• Support the Outlet Manager in manpower scheduling and staff development.

3. Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Assist service crew during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure food preparation, presentation, and service meet company standards.

• Maintain outlet cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements and relevant regulations.

• Conduct routine checks on equipment, facilities, and operational readiness.

• Minimise food wastage and support cost-control initiatives.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Assist with daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation.

• Monitor operational performance and report issues to management.

• Support inventory checks, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.

• Assist management in implementing operational improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
