Qualifications

F&B / supervisory experience preferred.
Able to work 6 days/week and 10 hours/day.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily outlet operations and service standards
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfilment
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & food safety standards
Assist with stock receiving, storage & inventory control
Assist with workforce scheduling and manpower planning
Support outlet opening and closing procedures
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
Assist Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets
Supervise and guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations
