ICICI Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Team Lead, Corporate Banking to lead client relationships, originate and onboard corporate clients, and drive cross-sell across product lines. The role requires deep knowledge of corporate banking, risk awareness, and strong team leadership.

The candidate will coordinating with Risk for credit approvals, manage portfolios, and deliver banking solutions including credit and trade finance across ASEAN-India linkages. Experience in Singaporean market is preferred.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of corporate banking with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Indian and Singaporean banking landscape, regulations and macro-environment.
• Understanding of financial statements to prepare credit proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Reaching out to existing and potential corporate customers and clients across target segments with ASEAN-India linkages.
• Originating and onboarding new corporate customers with complete KYC and maintaining relationships.
• Maximizing business opportunities across products and collaborating with other teams.
• Providing banking solutions including credit, investments flow, trade finance, and transactional banking needs.
• Preparing credit proposals and coordinating with Risk for approvals; monitoring portfolio.
• Maintaining relationships with corporate clients.
• Executing transactions timely and in line with customer expectations.
• Maintaining credit files and safekeeping of documents.
• Leading a team of Relationship Managers and/ or Customer Service Managers.
• Preparing data, MIS, and management presentations.
• Any other relevant task as assigned by Reporting Manager.

The key responsibilities and deliverables of a Team Lead, Corporate Banking are as below

• Reaching out to existing and potential corporate customers and clients in one or more target segments of Indian corporate Joint Ventures, Wholly Owned Subsidiaries, Branches; or MNCs, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Funds, FDI/ FPI segment which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India
• Originating and on-boarding (with complete KYC) new corporate customers and developing and maintaining good relationships with the customers
• Maximizing business opportunities across products and business verticals and working in close collaboration with other business teams
• Understanding customer requirements and providing banking solutions including but not limited to credit, investments flow, trade finance, trade flows and other transactional banking requirements
• Preparing credit proposal, coordinating with Risk department for approvals and undertaking credit monitoring & asset reviews of the portfolio, presenting cases in Credit Committee
• Maintaining existing relationships with corporate clients
• Executing transactions in a timely and efficient manner in line with customer expectations
• Maintaining credit files and ensuring safe custody of all documents
• Leading a team of Relationship Manager(s) and/ or Customer Service Manager(s) as required
• Prepare data, MIS, presentations as required by the management
• Any other relevant task assigned by the Reporting Manager

Job requirements:

• Strong understanding and acumen of corporate banking business with 10+ years of relevant banking experience in relationship management in the desired customer segments
• Understanding of Indian and Singaporean banking landscape, regulations and macro-environment
